The competition will be fished over the weekend of 23rd & 24th January 2010 on the superb beats of the River Dee controlled by Maelor AA.

All are welcome and entry forms are available from the organiser.

The Army Angling Federation Game (AAF (G) represents the Game discipline of the Army Angling Federation. Our Soldier Palmers Teams (SPT) is the name of our competition squad which provides anglers to compete in most Loch Style Competitions in the UK, these include the AMFC Leagues I and 3 and the Angling Water Fulling Mill International (AWFMI) and other competitions.
The aims of the AAF (G) are to promote and foster game angling in the Army for serving and ex-serving members and their dependants.  To achieve this we have three annual meetings two of which are English, Scottish and Welsh qualifying matches.  The standard of our top echelon anglers are a match for any within the UK and Europe and we regularly have SPT members representing the Army at the international level.
